Island Bow Company, LLC is a North Carolina–based business specializing in handcrafted traditional

archery equipment. All products are handmade and may show natural variations in wood, materials,

and finish. These characteristics are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom orders are built to the

specifications provided by the customer. Once work has begun, orders may not be canceled or

modified.

Lead Times

All build times are estimates only. Because each bow is handcrafted, delays may occur due to material

availability, craftsmanship requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Estimated timelines do not

constitute a guarantee.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Island Bow Company

does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by law.

Warranty

Island Bow Company, LLC provides a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials under

normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dry firing, improper stringing,

incorrect arrow weight, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. Please refer to our

Warranty Policy for full details.

Product Use & Safety

Archery equipment can be dangerous if used improperly. By purchasing from Island Bow Company LLC,

you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of archery equipment and agree to use

all products responsibly.

Limitation of Liability

Island Bow Company, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising

from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Island Bow

Company LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
